In over 22 years in international corporate roles, Krish has managed P&L, marketing and strategy for global companies, at one point managing all emerging markets around the world. He was the CEO of an Asian biopharma company. He has also been a consultant and Board Member for companies in the South East Asia region for over 15 years.
Krish led product launches and marketing in over 30 countries. As an advisor and mentor, he has a particular passion for innovation and converging technologies that solve genuine human problems and challenges. He co-founded several biotech and medical device companies.
Krish has been deeply involved in mentoring more than 40 startups in the ASEAN region and in India. He enjoys clarifying the often convoluted pathway from discovery or invention to selling a real product or service that people are willing to pay for.

In his 15 years professional experience, Fang excelled in corporate Finance and General Management roles across Europe, Africa and Asia for close to a decade, in companies such as P&G, GE and Barclays. He then deployed those skills to be an entrepreneur, and in growing SMEs in China and Singapore.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Zhejiang University in China and a Master of Management from EMLyon Business School in France, Fang’s track record encompasses

Guy has spent well over 20 years in the medical, health and wellness sector across the US, EU, and Asia. He co-founded Neuro Resource Group, USA, and later sold the clinic business.
Guy has also cofounded, built and sold multiple other health-related businesses.
With an extraordinary global network that continues to grow, Guy specialises in business development, market development, sales, and distribution of medical devices. He has successfully completed regulatory and market access for many products, with a particular focus on the EU, Australia and several countries in Asia.
Guy is based in Thailand.
Eric’s passion is strategic design and product development, with a focus on medical and wellness projects. Eric has extensive startup experience in both Europe and Asia, and speaks Dutch, English, German and Chinese.
Eric graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine from Vrije University of Brussels, Belgium. He has over 30 years design and product development experience in a wide range of categories. Eric is also experienced in SaaS and IoT development. A skilled project manager, he has brought many products to manufacturing and market.
Eric is based in Taiwan.
In a career spanning nearly 4 decades, Azhar has put his CPA and MBA to tremendously successful use in leading businesses and companies in different parts of the world. His strategic and organisational leadership enabled him to transform hospital operations, grow several large international businesses, stabilise university operations, help put publicly-listed conglomerates back on a growth path, and turn far-flung manufacturing businesses around and bring back profitability and growth.
Azhar continues to serve on numerous Boards, both in private companies and in state-owned and publicly listed entities. Azhar now advises leading companies on strategy and operations.

Devan is a Mechanical Engineer (MIEAUST) with 36 years of professional working experience, covering the electronics, automotive, civil engineering, software, management consulting and electrochemistry industries. Devan has served in senior management positions over the last 18 years. From 1999 to 2008, Devan was a Board Member and Director of Operations for the Water Analysis Division of ThermoFisher Scientific in Malaysia.
Since 2009, Devan has been an entrepreneur providing Business Advisory Consulting, assisting companies with

- manage Quality and Productivity
He is also deeply engaged in specific areas of IoT/ Industry 4.0, and Energy Management.

Michel has an MscBA from Rotterdam School of Management in 1994 and then started his career in investment banking the City of London until 1998. After a stint with PwC Corporate Finance in Amsterdam, he then found his way as an entrepreneur, and has run advisory, investment and trading companies since 2003.
Michel is active in corporate finance advisory, business development and is a finance director in various companies.
His passion however is in dealmaking and brokerage of investments, financing and commodities in the international arena.

Out of a 30+ year career in business management with a strong finance focus, Suzanne moved from Europe and has lived and worked over 24 years in Asia in Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and India.
She enjoys stewarding businesses into stability and performance, adding transparency, clarity and excellence to operations and financial systems. Her particular skillset includes:
- Creating alignment between service/ product delivery, activities and resources and customer segments’ needs.
- Designing systems to enable and facilitate value delivery and getting people and systems aligned to create growth and profitability
Suzanne always focuses on executive development and training middle management to take on leadership roles.
Suzanne is based in Singapore.
Arun is a Class 1 Marine Engineer with 38 years’ experience spearheading a variety of businesses ranging from sales and marketing to engineering contracting and property development. He has worked with multinational companies and publicly listed companies in Malaysia, Singapore, Papua New Guinea and Fiji.
Arun builds solutions using his quick understanding of technology and engineering. His ingenuity has led him to being granted a patent in November 2011, for an innovative machine which has significant applications in the Oil Palm Industry. Arun participated in Cranfield’s Executive Management training program. In the year 2000, he qualified as an Accredited Industry Mediator.
Arun is based in Malaysia.
With over 35 years’ experience, Chris has extensive knowledge and capabilities in global standards, manufacturing/ related technical issues, quality, regulatory and supply chain in the GMP manufacture of biopharma products.
At Kalbio Global Medika (a PT Kalbe Farma subsidiary), Chris installed and qualified the first ever biologics manufacturing unit in Indonesia, winning multiple awards for the facility. Chris has produced stellar results in technology transfer, project management, facility construction and has designed and written Validation Master Plans for global companies’ facilities in Asia-Pacific and Europe, and qualified such manufacturing sites as well.
Chris was appointed the EU GMP Expert for ASEAN, and has trained many ASEAN Health Authorities in PIC/S GMP standards in the early 2000s.
Chris is based in Thailand.
Paul is an alumnus of Cambridge University and the London Business School. He served as a Private Secretary to the Secretary of the Cabinet in the administration of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. He joined Botts & Company Ltd, a London affiliate of Allen & Company Inc of New York, before joining Lehman Brothers in London as Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO.
Paul now serves as an Advisor, Board Member or Director in numerous organisations around the world, to whom he brings his extensive experience in operating businesses. He has a global network in the world of investment banking and alternative asset management, and a strong track record in corporate restructuring, crisis & interim management and troubleshooting.
Paul is based in Singapore.
Scott has close to 30 years in business management and Information Technology experience, 20 of these across Asia. A seasoned entrepreneur, he successfully manages various technology, communications, and mobile businesses in Asia, focusing on creating competitive advantages for clients and assisting them in becoming the best performers in their industries.
Scott has worked extensively in the banking and finance sectors, FMCG, Hospitality, Healthcare, Gaming and Government sectors throughout Asia and currently serves in an IT director capacity or technology advisor for many of his high-profile clients. He is also a supporter of the Asia Business Start-Up Scene and acts as a mentor for many Asian based start-ups.
Alongside his technology businesses, Scott also has a vast network and deals on a daily basis with global commodities, shipping and financing across the globe.
